All the information we receive from our clients, whether applicants or companies, is used exclusively for the attraction, evaluation, management, and identification of the best human talent. With respect to companies, confidentiality is stipulated in a representation document called the “Manning Agreement”. For applicants, there is a confidentiality agreement which is a contract signed to guarantee the confidentiality or discretion of their personal information.

As an Agency we are fully committed to the recruitment process of all our crew members, and also to the requirements of each company. We provide a personalized service and high methodological rigor that allows us to have at the disposal of the companies a wide portfolio of applicants that meet the requested profile.

We have an ERP Software (ZOHO Recruit), which allows us to publish job offers and make them available to our candidates in real time, this gives us benefits such as:

It considerably reduces the possibility of duplication. In some companies there are departments that are independent of each other, but that hinder the work of the company by generating duplicate reports. The integration of “ZOHO Recruit” is equivalent to improving operations.
Efficient internal communication as we all handle the same information about the current status of each candidate or job offer.
